We have some information, picture, feature and detail about Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Sideswipe Concept : Design influenced by the original stingray dragster, was introduced in 1959, but also refers to the heritage of the Corvette cues from other generations. Sideswipe shaped concept, slim vision dreamed by
the designers at GM’s Corvette. This brings them together in a futuristic form that seems the same race car parts and space ships. “Violating the side is an exercise in exploration for the Corvette,” said Ed Welburn, vice president of GM Global Design. “With my creative team to give freedom to design there are no forbidden to hold draft vision, it helps them push the boundaries and see the projects from different perspectives.”
The only thing that looks like GM did not do much with is the wheels. It almost looks like they were the last part of the build to get some consideration as they look awfully plain jane compared to the rest of the car. This, ofcourse is just my humble opinion.
yes .. true .. they do not seem to change the wheel. but I still like to see the look of the car.
